Refund Policy
Effective date: April 14, 2026. This policy explains the general refund position for TruePeakStudio subscriptions and purchases.
General policy
Because TruePeakStudio is a software and digital service platform, fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by law or where TruePeakStudio chooses to make an exception.
Subscriptions
Subscription fees are typically billed in advance for the relevant billing period. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period already charged.
Duplicate or mistaken charges
If you believe you were charged in error, charged multiple times, or experienced a billing problem, contact support promptly so we can review the issue.
Service issues
Where there is a verified platform-side billing or service failure, we may review the circumstances and determine whether a partial refund, service credit, plan adjustment, or other remedy is appropriate.
Abuse and misuse
Accounts suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, policy violations, chargeback abuse, or unlawful activity are generally not eligible for refunds.

For refund-related questions or billing review, contact TruePeakStudio support and include the account email, plan details, date of charge, and a brief explanation of the issue.
